  1. The murky weather looming on the horizon is balanced by the comfort nestled in your two characters. Just a head tilt and an ear flop is all that's needed to warm up the scene.

I really like the vague face~like sky which implies nothing at the same time portending several things, all unknown; it seems to be a part of them as well as apart from them. Nice visual staging there. The big empty dances nicely with the small pithies.

    nice work.
    again.

  2. I totally agree with Richard's very eloquent comments about this marvelous illustration. So deeply sweet and endearing. I also love the ever so slightly turned head of the mouse--just enough to make all the more evocative.
    As usual...so wonderful!

  3. I agree with all of the previous comments, but I am partial to the beautiful drawn grass. The textures in each area are lovely.

  9. SO perfect! I have to reiterate what others have said, because that bunny ear laying over Mouse and Mouse's little look toward Rabbit are so beautifully expressive. Love it all, the sky, the grass texture, everything!
