IF ... Savour

It's so much more than a specified taste or seasoning. Smell certainly enhances epicurean pleasure, but savouring is far superior to any lip smacking activity. At it's best, one takes complete delight in the participatory dance, and the brain, having undergone an emotional reaction, locks the experience into it's deep, dark recesses only to have it burst forth, full flavor, when the ambrosia tickles the taste buds once again.

  1. She made it home!
Boy! If just holding it close puts her in orbit, watch out when she bites it!...
The compositional dance commands the stage really well on this one, and the color echoes are right on the mark as well.
    Again, more please.

  4. This image makes me feel so happy for the little mouse who is savouring the exquisite feast. It seems a shame to actually eat it when she is already enjoying it so!
    A lovely illustration.
